Kingsley C. Amadi
Mr Amadi Kingsley C holds a Higher National Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering majored in Telecommunications, an MSc from the university of Szeged, Hungary and MBA Istanbul Aydin University, Turkey.
In 2005 was in Siemens Nigeria as an engineer in communications move to JKN a multinational engineering firm as a design engineer and estimator was then deploy to Huawei Technologies as a design engineer expert. In 2010 was deployed by Huawei Technologies to Visafone as a transmission engineer at the switch in-charge of all Visafone sites in Nigeria repeters, backbones, optical fiber upgrade, optimization, implementation, commissioning also involves with other visafone colocated sites built and transmission.
In 2010 then move to Julius Berger Nigeria Plc as a communication expert then to Telemit as a transmission expert an austrian telecoms company in Nigeria. In 2013 was a GM in Adayakkaba a shoe making factory in Istanbul, Turkey 2015 a director in karma insaatyapi manufacturing/construction Istanbul, Turkey overseers projects implementations in Europe, production, quality control, export, importation raw materials etc.
Mr Amadi is on the board of other organization Karma insaat yapi, Obklux lnt. Ltd, Stark IBS ltd…

After a career spanning over forty years working with various international institutions in different countries: Germany, Romania, Taiwan, Guatemala and Nigeria,
he After a career Nigeria PLC as site manager (2009 – 2015).
He studied Chemistry and Biology at St. Joseph College in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA and at Ludwig-Maximilian University in Munich, Germany where he obtained a master degree.

Chief Allwell Okata is the founder of Planet Resources Limited etal, a service company
delivering value across multi-disciplinary interest ranging from construction, security,
technology, branding and hospitality.
Chief Okata is a holder of Bachelor of Science degree (BSc.) in mass communication from
Nnamdi Azikiwe University, (NAU) Awka. He is also an aviation security consultant providing
AVSEC solutions to operating airlines in Nigeria.
Chief Okata business principle is driven by integrity, honesty and transparency as the surest
path to business continuity and growth.
He has been honored as one of the top 100 tourism personalities in West Africa by the Africa’s
Premier travel news magazine, ATQ news. He is also a fellow of the strategic finance and
admin. Institute of Nigeria (FSFAI), and a Member institute of certified auctioneers of Nigeria
(MICAN).
Mr. Okata is a football enthusiasts, philosopher and a caring family man. He lives with his family
in Lagos, Nigeria.

Akinloye is an experienced Procurement and Logistics Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the I.T, Finance and Construction industry. Skilled in Accounting / Finance , Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Management, Product Marketing, Business Development, and Marketing Strategy.
Akinloye is an Alumni of the prestigious University of Lagos where he bagged his Bsc. In Accounting in 2004 and later on bagged his Msc. In Finance and Economics from Brunel University Uxbridge West London in 2008. He is married with children, enjoys sports: football, basket ball, swimming ,plays snooker/ Billiards and enjoys researching on sustainable development businesses.
